If one is lucky, a solitary fantasy
can totally transform one million realities.
- Maya Angelou -
Lets all make a solitary fantasy of peace reigning...
Begin with hearts melting, memories fading, forgetting why they want to cause pain, forgetting their own pain, let it be gone, in every soul, let the pain go, let it be gone, it is done..
Continue with greed ending, the fear that creates from greed, it is dissolving, it is turning from greed into love as we speak, People experience it, but don't know why, but are grateful...glad, have waited so long for it to encompass them, to fill them , and to return it to others...
Those with more suddenly shun having so much, and their hearts are moved to share, and to dispense love is all they want, it's all they know, The mind shuts down, the great mind of the collective pain of mankind, and supreme love flows, now is flowing, into every heart, like a river so strong it can't be stopped, Like a hurricane of love, that drowns out every fear, and every disease, every parched and broken heart.
The world is transforming as we speak, it is morphing into pure love that flows, flows and flows, we don't have to will it, it carries us, because in every heart is is already desired, known, craved, it has just been misplaced by fear of not having it.
Let is move, let it recreate, let it be, let it be..
IT IS DONE

There are Moments
There are moments when I must embrace myself, forgetting words others speak of their search, experience, or truth.
These are the times I fall upon my knees in tears, and let them wash me clean of expectations and the words of others struggles that may benefit them for a week, a day or a year, only to fall away as a husk of a nutmeat left upon the ground to ruin.
These husks are often what I have sought as my truth, leaving me empty, and unloved, a beggar gathering husks upon the ground.
My voice alone to me is to be heard. Comfort in acceptance from another is well received, but how to be myself is never to be heard through another’s voice, we each have our own to speak, and to experience.
How many different times do I hear, "“get it together?"”
When all any of us need to hear is;
"l love you, you are perfect just as you are?"”

A Never Ending Sea of Love
I intend to be free, I am freer today than I was yesterday, and freer that day than a year or two before.
Learning the dark is not so frightening is something I thought I had learned long ago, yet there are different forms of darkness.
Learning to grieve didn't come naturally to me, suppressing it was acceptable, my pain was not.
A woman is not encouraged to cry anymore, yet men have an open invitation.
When many were striving to learn to unstuff, I had to learn to stuff. Where was the mercy when I thought I needed it?
Dark nights are also of yearning souls, and I have been that one, unyielding in that I should have only light projected for others from the Holy source I'd met. My love I deemed inferior.
But yield I have finally done, become willing to learn from whatever is. Light or dark, infusion or hollow fear, It is all God.
I am relearning to pray. I am seeing my prayers are answered for a part of me I may never see.
I had thought that I was, me, so small, and only now am I truly seeing the whole truth, glimpsed once again, of an expanded being as large as life.
The mind, so dedicated to doubting has been shifted by a spark of wisdom, a small leak of information it cannot take apart; that my prayers are said for all of us as ONE, this night, and answered somewhere in a never ending sea of love.

Ho Oponopono
Art By Kim Carney little somethings blog
Someone on Daily Om posted an article about Ho Oponopono yesterday, and I am quite taken with it.
I am Ho’oponopono. I am an ancient Hawaiian problem
solving process updated for today’s use by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona,
Kahuna Lapa’au, recognized as a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983.
I am composed of three elements: repentance, forgiveness and transmutation.
I am a petition initiated by the Conscious Mind to Divine Intelligence to void
memories to re- establish Self Identity. I begin in the Conscious Mind."
Science says that DNA is responsible for all our ills, but Ho Oponopono says it is ever reocurring memories of all that is in the collective sub conscious since time began.
My first visit to Mrs. Willoughby (A Christian Sceince practicioner) in the early 1970's comes to mind when I read about Ho Oponopono. I wonder if Mrs Willoughby was a Kahuna, too.
After I left her, I had much success in letting go of memories. It just seems like we need a lot of help to do this.
I know these memories are destructive, and can't be allowed to exist even on a lower conscious level, but must be completely dissolved by the divine itself, back into the void. Once we dissolve some, we need to be ever mindful of others, because it happens everyday, so we forgive and love to send all memories that back to the void, allowing the creative nature to come forth.
The theory goes that when someone comes to us for any problem, we must take complete responsibility for that problem by loving and being thankful. By doing this self work, we heal others. In other words, we tkae complete responsibility for all problems, yes all! ( In other words, by simply saying I love you, and thank you, rather than indulging in various thinking, memories are transmuted to the void, and inspiration wil be imparted.
We alone (individually) have the key to the sub conscious, we co create what is, so we are responsible.
Therapist have done zilch to remedy any problem I have ever had. So if Ho oponopono is correct, the therapist is not taking responsibility for our problems,if they were, how could they charge us to work on them? I cause your problem, so I am going to charge you to fix you? No! If we all must take responsibility for creating whatever comes into our lives, we can't be charging others to fix what we create.
This type of faith could heal the world. Let it happen soon. If I learn Ho Opono pono, I will heal for others, for my world to be made better.
I have no trouble with the concept at all, I believe Christ has certainly taught this type of forgiveness, and A Course IN Miracles rings true along these same lines.
Science hasn't done much towards healing. DNA is their culprit, but according to ho oponopono, it is DNA has nothing to do with disease.
Looks like we can create peace by taking responsibility for George Bush by saying, "I love you, I forgive you' Of ourselves. Forgive ourselves for creating this mess, Let's all give it a try with George in mind, and terrorists, and our relationships, and all plagues, and diseases, lets love ourselves and see if that works. It certainly is worth a try! For some reason, I think it hasn't been tried much before!

From the web site of Ho Oponopono:
Below I have listed part of a glossery of their terms for your beginning understanding:
I got the idea a few months back of a talking glossary of the essential “characters”
in Self Identity Ho’oponopono. You can get acquainted with each of them at your leisure.
"1. Self Identity: I am Self Identity. I am composed of four elements: Divine
Intelligence, Super Conscious Mind, Conscious Mind and Subconscious Mind.
My foundation, Void and Infinite, is an exact replication of Divine Intelligence.
2. Divine Intelligence: I am Divine Intelligence. I am the Infinite. I create Self
Identities and Inspirations. I transmute memories to void.
3. Super Conscious Mind: I am Super Conscious Mind. I oversee the Conscious
and Subconscious Minds. I review and make appropriate changes in the
Ho’oponopono petition to Divine Intelligence initiated by the Conscious Mind.
I am unaffected by memories replaying in the Subconscious Mind. I am
always one with Divine Creator.
4. Conscious Mind: I am Conscious Mind. I have the gift of choice. I can allow
incessant memories to dictate experience for the Subconscious Mind and me
or I can initiate the release of them through incessant Ho’oponopono. I can
petition for directions from Divine Intelligence.
5. Subconscious Mind: I am Subconscious Mind. I am the storehouse for all of the accumulate memories from the beginning of creation. I am the place
where experiences are experienced as memories replaying or as
Inspirations.
I am the place where the body and the world reside as memories replaying and
as Inspirations. I am the place where problems live as memories reacting.
6. Void: I am Void. I am the foundation of Self Identity and the Cosmos. I am
where Inspirations spring forth from Divine Intelligence, the Infinite.
Memories replaying in the Subconscious Mind displace me but not destroy
me, precluding the inflow of Inspirations from Divine Intelligence.
7. Infinite: I am Infinite, Divine Intelligence. Inspirations flow like fragile roses from me into the Void of Self Identity, easily displaced by the thorns of
memories.
8. Inspiration: I am Inspiration. I am a creation of the Infinite, of Divine
Intelligence. I manifest from the Void into the Subconscious Mind. I am
experienced as a brand new occurrence.
9. Memory: I am memory. I am a record in the Subconscious Mind of a past
experience. When triggered, I replay past experiences.
10. Problem: I am problem. I am a memory replaying a past experience again in
the Subconscious Mind.
By Kim Carney
11. Experience: I am experience. I am the effect of memories replaying or
Inspirations in the Subconscious Mind.
12. Operating System: I am the Operating System. I operate Self Identity with
Void, Inspiration and Memory.
13. Ho’oponopono: I am Ho’oponopono. I am an ancient Hawaiian problem
solving process updated for today’s use by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona,
Kahuna Lapa’au, recognized as a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983. I am
composed of three elements: repentance, forgiveness and transmutation. I am
a petition initiated by the Conscious Mind to Divine Intelligence to void
memories to re- establish Self Identity. I begin in the Conscious Mind.
14. Repentance: I am repentance. I am the beginning of the Ho’oponopono
process initiated by the Conscious Mind as a petition to Divine Intelligence
to transmute memories to void. With me, the Conscious Mind acknowledges its
responsibility for the memories replaying problems in its Subconscious Mind,
having created,accepted and accumulated them.
15. Forgiveness: I am Forgiveness. Along with Repentance, I am a petition from
the Conscious Mind to Divine Creator to transform memories in the
Subconscious Mind to void. Not only is the Conscious Mind sorrowful, it is
also asking Divine Intelligence for forgiveness.
16.Transmutation: I am Transmutation. Divine Intelligence uses me to neutralize
and to release memories to Void in the Subconscious Mind. I am available for
use only by Divine Intelligence.
17. Wealth: I am Wealth. I am Self Identity.
18. Poverty: I am Poverty. I am memories replaying. I displace Self Identity,
precluding the infusion of Inspirations from Divine Intelligence into the
Subconscious Mind!
Before bringing this visit with you to an end, I would like to mention that reading this article satisfies the prerequisite of attending a Friday lecture if you are considering taking a Self Identity Ho’oponopono weekend class."

This Midsummer Night's stream of Consciousness
Darkness does that...
It is dark now, after a long day of light darkness comes now , finally, after 10 pm.
The woven woods are raised, but darkness seeps through the cracks.
Darkness does that. It is always seeping through the cracks in my life where I try to plug it up, wanting only light.... diffused, thank you.
Isn't it evident that darkness is just part of the cycle of light? Yet darkness is resisted by everyone. Oh, it's ok when it is dark with a full moon combined with romance, or a starry night, but what about the darkness inside each of us that stirs us , making us want to resist it?
The dark signifies psychological darkness; the enigmatic, the dark nights of the soul, sadness, failure, defeat, loneliness, despair, grief, broken hearts, fear, broken dreams, confusion, dreams, process.
View From Mt Adams at dawn (C) Sherry Stewart 2004
The dawn and dusk are also points on the continuum of that cycle that includes, light, dark... the seed growing, the life forming, signify the unknown, and unseen, the mysterious, as much the life force as light; sun, the fruit of labor, the wine, the birth, the flower, the success, and joys.. We celebrate all that is seen and unseen when we embrace the whole of life, it's bright and dark sides, just significant parts of the same whole, a space along a continuum of forever.
Why is it dark and light are always revealed at separate times? Light during day, dark at night, inside our homes we cry hiding our tears falling onto our pillows. A kind of shame, tears and fears are.
We're not supposed to be afraid, but we all are. Sadness is rejected, but it is the other side of joy. It's ok for joy to creep in, in fact, we're supposed to be joyful, happy, but sadness, uh oh..now there is problem!! We stay busy to keep the dark at abeyance. Not supposed to be afraid, we burn wicks in the dark to fend off the spirits of the dark, as if it were evil.
The dark is the female energy; the Mother, or "Holy Spirit," the miracle in secret, rich composted earth, the caves and streams, blood and musky scents, everything is born of her, a flower springs from her dark secrets, the tiny seed buried in her bosom..what ever takes place unseen, unborn, to come to life. To venture out into the light of day, the blue sky, the sunshine. Water, surely water is the One that creates all life, never judges, just recycles from life to death to life again, through clouds, and rivers, streams, and oceans, from bodies of the dead moisture is reclaimed, us included, decaying in the earth, what is decay but a recycling of water...releasing that life once again to create another life.
What then is water? That non judgmental life force, giving and receiving life to all. It plummets with bodies into graves, takes back it's moisture to replenish it on a new leaf, bud, and infant.. evaporating from life, into life? From earth it soars into the skies, at night and at day.
Water is the creator and sustainer of life here on earth, it is both male and female, it travels between the worlds of light and dark..It is whole and eternal, what we hope we are, and must be, for we are made of that precious beautiful life giving liquid.
Storm at Ivars in Mukilteo (c) Sherry Stewart
That watery world, how she balances, and creates, and destroys, builds and rebuilds. How she embraces us all, and lets us return to her again and again. Oh beautiful liquid life force. I sit by this river you are, under the cloud you are, myself , "is you"...you are of earth and sky...I see your completeness, and expansive beauty that is everywhere, and I am not separate from you, them, life or process.
Everything I read speaks of how we aren't supposed to be afraid, and of what fear creates, but fear is as viable as force for creation of good as any force is. From anxiety, and depression we change direction. From too much light and joy unbalanced with knowledge of our own darkness, we sink into a kind of decadence, unable to understand those in pain; we teach, preach, and tell them what to do instead of lovng them. We aren't here to save anyone, just to love ourselves and others. Nothing is good or bad, except we make it so.
My midnight musings...

Salt Lake City, Utah
My latest trip was to Salt Lake City a week ago.
I am very impressed with Salt Lake, what a clean, spacious, and well organized city, with a low crime rate which speaks for it's workable values.
I had excellent tour guides, Pamela, and Dee, and the enjoyable company of Rachel, my friend from San Diego.
For now I am just posting these photos and links, and hope to return to write more later on. Oh, and yes, I want to go to salt Lake when it is snowing, I prefer the cold weather, and love beautiful snow.
These photos were taken atop the new library building built 3 years ago.
