Views from home; snow, beach, ferries,,sunsets, home, Valentines I helped my neighbors son make for his parents.

It’s illegal to burn driftwood or remove it from the beaches here. It’s a beautiful natural beach. All our beaches are rugged except one very long sandy beach. If the city hadn’t put in fire pits I and jungle Gyms I’m not sure people would be burning logs. And illegal wood that gives off fumes etc I’m sure the number of signs saying don’t do this,,and do that wouldn’t instruct the beach view and beauty. The beach used to be a ‘strolling beach’. Now it’s hardly noticeable as a beach anymore trashcans are stuffed to over flowing and there’s not enough parking for the cars that come in to do what people come here to do. But it was, a very lovely beach until the city commission set it up to be a disaster. It’s very sad how unthinking people can be. So out of touch with nature. I hope at least people coming to the beach will be more respectful and take their trash home  and leave the beach furniture alone. It’s amazing stuff. And stop burning crap wood. The signs do tell what can and cannot be burned. Signs signs everywhere a sign. Do this don’t do that!!!
